Does not respond to calls. I have called at least 3x regarding the case of a family member. Stating that it was urgent. Every time I was told a message would be left for Elizabeth, but she never got back to me. This attorney does not care about her clients and is extremely horrible at being responsive.

I was sent to federal prison in August of 2022 on a serious drug conviction. I was being denied my FSA credits so my fiancee looked into lawyers to help and man did he find the absolute best. Mrs Elizabeth's last name says it all. Will in the process of trying to look into FSA credits my mom passed away which is whom is watching my 11 yr old son. As soon as Mrs found out about it she quickly decided to fill for compassionate release. We were told that now it was a waiting game for the judges answer. Well because of there hard work the judge order a hearing for a date in Feb which is very rare. Since day one her team has given us hope when we thought there wasn't any. So if u are looking for a lawyer who will fight for u at a very reasonable cost plz plz call Mrs Elizabeth Best team.

Elizabeth Franklin- Best, did not represent my son like she should have. She always says we can’t do.this, She ask for money all the time she had my son to plea to something that he should not have done, she shown lack of interest in his case, I have to ask her to go see him. She gets an attitude when you ask her questions and snap you up.I am going to sue her for my money that she owes me for not representing my son at the end. I would not recommend her to anyone I do not think she knows how to handle my son’s case like she said she did.And I would have refer her being honest, but she’s not honest with nothing that you ask her. Atty. Best know she should give me some of my money back. I’m filing a dispute for my money and also I’m filing with the Bar Association for misrepresentation . This has been the second time we have had a bad attorney and had to let them go because of misrepresentation. I am at this point that you just can’t trust this lawyer or any other lawyer nowadays because you don’t know where they are for you or against you. It’s always about money with her. She don’t think about the case is about she getting her money.

Long story short Mrs Best was originally assigned to my case she did my briefs she kept in constant contact with me sending me letters she was very encouraging when I spoke with her on the phone while in prison at Camille Griffin Graham in South Carolina... Well let me tell you something do to her excellent work I have been free since 2013 I consider Mes best my angel if it wasn't for her and her hard work there's no way I would be out of prison right now the supreme Court finally reverse my conviction in 2013.... I repeat the supreme Court let me go!!!!
